Refunds will not be issued for:

• Hardware changes
• Software incompatibilities outside our control
• Violations of our Terms of Service

2. License Activation
Once a license has been activated, no refund will be issued.
Activation includes, but is not limited to:
• Redeeming a license key
• Logging into the software for the first time
• Accessing membership or product features
• Registering a hardware ID (HWID)
3. Updates & Compatibility
Our products may rely on third-party software, games, operating systems, or online services.
You acknowledge that:
• Compatibility may be temporarily affected by updates.
• Noxera will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality.
• Continuous compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds or credits will not be issued due to:
• Temporary downtime
• Delayed updates
• Missing features caused by third-party changes
• Compatibility issues outside our control
4. Unauthorized Payments & Chargebacks
Unauthorized payments, fraudulent transactions, payment disputes, or chargebacks may result in:
• Immediate suspension or permanent termination of your Noxera account.
• Revocation of all active licenses.
• Permanent restriction from future purchases.
We reserve the right to contest any chargeback using evidence of purchase, activation, and usage.
5. Third-Party Restrictions
Noxera is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including but not limited to:
• Account suspensions
• Permanent bans
• Loss of virtual items
• Loss of progress
• Service restrictions
Use of our products is entirely at your own risk.

7. Exceptional Cases
In rare circumstances, Noxera may, at its sole discretion, provide a refund, replacement, or store credit.
